My co-op journey has been a long, tough road with a lot of turns. As things can become difficult I use the spring board theory to keep me in a positive mindset. The springboard theory denotes that for objects to gain more height, the spring needs to be compressed as much as possible. Sometimes when times get tough, you need to go lower in order to achieve your greatest heights. Positivity is the key to success, and when time are hard hope can be the light for your path.
